This premium range of circular (CBMF) and rectangular (RBMF) thyristor modulating electric duct heaters offers capacity up to 40KW. The casing is made of steel sheet with Magnelis ZM310 coating achieving C5 anti-corrosion rating according to ISO12944 and is resistant to fingerprints. Design is in accordance with AS/NZS3102-2002, manufactured with IP43 degree of protection and also available with IP55 or IP65. Customised in size and output, with built-in flow sensors made for a minimum air flow of 1.5 m/s.
The units are designed for a duct pressure of max. 1000 Pa and a max. outlet air temperature of 50°C. All models feature two stages overheat protection, built-in airflow sensor, electronic flow switch, fault alarm output with potential-free contact, and temperature sensor supplied as standard. Suitable for 0-10V capacity control and high-level Modbus RS485 communication, with integrated regulator providing noiseless time-proportional control.
